Why does my item look different than the picture?
All of my handmade items are created in small batches and have slight variations that make each piece unique. If you're looking for something specific please contact me ahead of your order! All of the handpicked treasures are one of a kind and you will receive the item pictured, unless noted otherwise in the description.

Polymer Clay Special Instructions
Please store items in a cool dry place away from chemicals and heat. To clean, use a damp non abrasive cloth. Once cured polymer clay is flexible, though it is not recommended to bend. Polymer clay is not food safe.

 

Shipping

When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-3 days and mailed via USPS. Your order will arrive based on the shipping rate you select at check out. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

What will my order arrive in?
Every item is packed with care and intention. To help reduce waste, I reuse clean shipping supplies and repurpose packing materials. Please be kind to our planet and appropriately reuse/recycle, compost or dispose of your shipping after you receive your order.

Can I pick up or have my item delivered?
My small business is local to the Kansas City metro area and I can deliver locally for no charge, for your convenience this option is available at checkout. If it doesn't show or you want to schedule a pick up, please contact me ahead of your order.

How can I get free shipping?
Easy! Order three or more items and your shipping will automatically populate as $0 in checkout!
